New Life recently did a complete restoration of the exterior of my house, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result!
They replaced the roof, which had been on for 25-30 years, along with the soffit, the fascia, most of the flashing and a fair amount of decking. They added two solar-powered roof vents, which keeps the attic temperature down. They replaced the gutters, and added a gutter “leaf-guard”-type cover, but at much lower price than what you see widely advertised. They replaced a bunch of rotted wood (the old paint was flaking off), and replaced all the particle board siding with Hardy siding. All exterior painted surfaces were redone, including the garage door, where they also smoothed out a few dents!
Jason & Mary clearly know what they’re doing, as do their crews. Communication with both of them was very good. My house has a couple of “difficult” spots, requiring painstaking shingle & flashing work, and the crews did a great job.
Mary is particularly talented in finding the right paint color & shingle combination to make the house look awesome. This really is a talent, and Mary’s got it!
Jason was also fully involved in the job, and it was coordinated perfectly, with no issues. He provided a great set of photos & videos upon completion.
When I needed some tree trimming at the start of the job, Mary knew the right guy to come & do a great job. A couple weeks after the job was finished, when I found I needed an additional splash guard, Jason had a crew out within a couple of days, to install it at no charge.
I’m 100% certain that my house has increased in value well in excess of the cost of the job. I’ve also had multiple neighbors (including one with a son in the roofing business!) tell me how impressed they were with the job execution and with the result!
BOTTOM LINE: I’m a very happy customer, and they have my full recommendation!
